Job Duties
- Maintain all aspects of CHRC/ TSA Training Records / SIDA records for all contracted screening companies to ensure full compliance with TSA regulations under the PCSSP and PAPSP. This is a TSA regulatory requirement and failure to comply may result in TSA fines.
- Perform audits of charters, required per CTRM at a minimum of 24 per year, reviewing and oversight of all aspects of the regulatory requirements including but not limited to FAA/TSA and OSHA.
- Submit all TSA PCSSP required notification as well as any required amendments due to operational changes. This is a TSA regulatory requirement and failure to comply may result in TSA fines.
- Assist during peak times with contracting and completion of trip sheets for March Madness and fall football, contracting handlers, screeners, catering and assigning charter representatives.
- Upload manifests and any changes from the customer into Airline Choice for Apple vacations and AIS for public and private charters to include DOD manifests post trip. This is a FAA regulatory requirement and failure to comply may result in TSA fines.
- Perform job functions as CSR or CRR when the department is short staffed due to the number of charters exceeds the number of charter reps available.
- Other duties as assigned.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Systems Support Apprentice at IBM, you’ll work with a seasoned group of engineers and mentors in supporting our clients systems. You will have the opportunity to apply your hardware knowledge and experience using the latest tools and technologies.
What is an Apprenticeship?
IBM Apprenticeship Program is an official registered apprenticeship recognized by the Department of Labor (DOL). Every graduate of a Registered Apprenticeship program receives a nationally-recognized credential from the DOL.
During the apprenticeship duration, you will be required to complete specific learning hours and on the job training that has been outlined to ensure you are developing the skills and competencies essential to the role. You will be able to learn and grow at your own pace, but we expect most apprentices will complete their learning within 12 months. Once you graduate and receive your certificate from our apprentice program, you will be eligible to apply to available full-time roles at IBM.

What’s the experience?
As an apprentice, you'll join with other apprentices in a local cohort. You'll go through your first few weeks together, learning about IBM and the skills you'll be attaining throughout your apprenticeship. Then, you'll work with your managers and mentors to progress through your personal skills roadmap, learning and demonstrating new knowledge and competencies through hands-on application with your project teams.

Location Statement
The compensation range for this position is based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
