In the HR Services (HRS) Learning & Talent Support Services - Service Delivery Manager role, you will work with the USI HRS Learning & Talent Support Services Assistant Managers to provide support to the team in the delivery of an excellent level of service to the North-South Europe (NSE) firm. This role requires a high degree of engagement with the USI Learning & Talent Support Services team members, effective team management, people management skills and builds strong relationships with the stakeholders/Business Process Owners (BPO’s), and end user customers.
The right candidate will be responsible for leading a HRS Learning & Talent Support Services team providing training admin support, working closely with a UK based team to manage all training administration, dealing with escalations and managing staff to deliver training needs and requirements to ensure service level agreements are met. In addition, the Service Delivery Manager will be required to identify opportunities to improve services through Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) and/or Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
The emphasis is to provide a consistently high level of customer service to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our users and the Shared Services objectives.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall service delivery for process delivered from USI for HRS Learning & Talent Support Services team.
- Demonstrates strong and detailed knowledge of the services offered.
- Ensure that all work deliverables are dealt with in line with the agreed terms and SLA’s as agreed with the UK stakeholders.
- Use productivity and performance metrics to lead discussions with the UK Management Team, highlighting the highs and lows of the productivity cycle and provide suggestions to effectively manage the same.
- Manage complex queries from within the USI HRS Learning & Talent Support Services team and works with the UK HRS Learning & Talent Support Services team as required to ensure timely resolution.
- Take an active role in working with the UK HRS Management team to resolve service issues, whilst identifying long term solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Managing attrition and planning for any contingencies
- Experience of leading teams in an operational service delivery environment
- The ability to build strategic relationships with internal clients
- Demonstrable stakeholder management skills
- Experience of encouraging a culture of continuous service improvement
- Ability to embed a strong customer service and collaborative culture
- Management of third-party providers/offshore teams preferable
- Knowledge of Learning and Development service desirable
- Understanding of Automation
- Overall 9-14 years of work experience in learning administration
- 4-6 years of experience managing large teams
- Diploma in Learning/Training & Development
- Prior experience in learning and development domain

You’ll collaborate with designers, digital producers, campaign managers, and strategic marketing planners to create assets that engage clients and build the Deloitte brand. Work you’ll do:
As an assistant manager copywriter, you will support the Advisory or Consulting Artificial Intelligence (AI) business by writing creative content that moves our clients and targets to action including: emails, social posts, business copy, blogs, POVs on latest topics and client stories/case studies, human interest stories, leader profiles, among others.
Copywriting responsibilities: • Strong creative thinking skills to convert briefs into creative concepts
• Write original and engaging copies that include ability to develop creative headlines and own a conversational style of writing that speaks to the reader • Edit copies for campaign assets, including marketing collateral, infographics, web copy, social media, and email. • Collaborate with strategic marketing planners, campaign managers, designers, and digital producers to develop creative concepts and assets that engage users. • Don’t just write. Be a strategic advisor to senior marketers and client service practitioners, helping to clarify business objectives, define key messages, and differentiate Deloitte. • Be an expert in Deloitte’s content marketing strategy, brand guidelines, style guide, and content typology. Rigorously proofread and edit every piece of work to deliver the highest-quality deliverables. • Take the lead in presenting creative concepts and copy to internal teams. Proactively manage client revisions and reviews.
- Be an innovator. Continually recommend new creative channels, technology, approaches, or assets for campaigns.
- Review content for grammar, punctuation, readability, flow, and style; copyedit reports to correct errors and improve readability
- Ensure deliverables have zero/minimum errors and are consistent with the Deloitte style guide
- Strong attention to detail, adherence to prescribed timelines and quick turn around on deliverables will be critical
- Answer/author questions about grammar, language, style, and Deloitte production processes
- Establish and maintain processes to ensure consistently high quality of communications
Additional skills: • Comfortable working independently with little direction under tight deadlines • Excellent portfolio of work • Understanding the Agile methodology of work would be an added advantage
The team
USI Communications is a team of professionals who specialize in Internal Communications, Public Relations and Communication Technology. The team reinforces the culture and brand of Deloitte internally and monitors our external reputation – intervening where necessary. They also play the role of a strategic and trusted business advisor for leaders and ensure that professionals are equipped with the right information in a timely manner to excel at work and enjoy well-being. Qualifications Required:
- Post Graduate degree in Advertising, Marketing is preferred.
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant work experience in copywriting and producing a wide range of marketing communications assets.
- Strong portfolio of relevant work demonstrating superior copywriting skills,
advertising bent of mind, and marketing impact • Conceptual and strategic thinker with the ability to balance innovative approaches with business objectives. • Clear, concise writer who can distill complex ideas into easily understood language. • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple projects and manage competing priorities and tight deadlines. • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with senior leaders and highly intellectual thinkers. • Strong editing and proofreading skills. • Experience with B2B or professional services (consulting) industry or Advertising preferred.
