About the role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Detailed Cashflow Forecasting for the Sports Division and Consolidation for Group to ensure positive working capital – and plan the gaps, if any. (GCC region)
  • Understanding of Banking facilities and liaise with banks for account opening as required
  • Well versed with LC’s & Guarantees (APG, Performance Bonds, etc.) and vetting standard terms.
  • Analyze Group Banking Facilities; visit Financial Covenants periodically to support Manager and collate information for Annual Renewals after comparison with prior years and best practices
  • Evaluate the Existing Treasury Processes across all BU’s and drive Evolution of outdated processes
  • Maintaining banking relationships representing the Group Level Treasury Function
  • Provide support on implementation of Automation of processes and use of BI Tool for creating Dashboards; Implementation of Host to Host Across all Group entities.
  • Supporting TM in negotiations of Commercials for Banking/ Cash Management providers/ Exchanges – Maintaining Relations with these parties.
  • Manage and drive Daily /Weekly/ Monthly End Reports for the Group as per agreed timelines
  • Oversee bank reconciliations and daily transactions.
  • Well versed with Account opening processes and KYC documentation requirements and SAP entries for CC and Cash.
  • Verification of Treasury Related Documents from other territories/ Business Units at the Group Level
  • Bookkeeping of Banking Charges, Interest Charges, etc on the ERP (SAP experience would be a plus) as per the month-end closing timelines (as required)
  • Understand and manage appropriate accounting procedures and processes
  • Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues (as required)
  • Initiate vendor payments, bill payments, fund transfers, and batch uploads on banking portals (as required)

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of Treasury experience
  • Bachelors/ Masters degree in Finance
  • Must be a self-starter who is able to work independently and interface with all relevant internal teams (management/ cross functions) and external business partners (Auditors, Banks, Suppliers) as needed
  • Analytical skills and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving industry with many dimensions, stringent timelines
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, presentation, and writing required in English
  • Comfortable to Interact with stakeholders at all levels in the organization.

Position Summary

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an eCommerce expert to join one of the most iconic coffee brands in the world. As our eCommerce Store & Project Manager, you will be the platform expert, supporting commercial trading activities, lead and manage the delivery of any project, technical solution or initiative that has a direct impact on our eCommerce Channels (website and mobile application) across our key markets.

 

A day in the life of:

  • Act as a subject matter expert of the digital ecosystem (technically, functionally, and commercially)
  • Identify opportunities, support and challenge market needs in term of new digital features and functionalities that will drive commercial benefit
  • Develop and manage a robust framework to support, manage and resolve website issues at a regional and market level
  • Be the local counterpart and main point of contact in the region for the Global eCommerce Team, and third party partners, to guarantee a qualitative point of contact for any digital project, feature, functionality or platform request, resulting in seamless coordination, qualitative implementation and collaboration
  • Prioritise, plan, coordinate, and project manage all aspects of End-to-End development to ensure qualitative and timely implementation of solutions in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, cost/profitability targets, and scheduling targets, leveraging project management frameworks and testing protocols
  • Maintain all eCommerce roadmaps and follow up with dedicated owners to ensure resources, timing and effort are properly considered and allocated to ensure project & campaign success
  • Provide guidance and facilitate the execution of e-merchandising activities at market-level, including cross-sell, up-sell & eCRM strategies
  • Review and maintain all local eCommerce roadmaps and eMerchandising activations to map a fully prioritised activity plan for multiple markets
  • Leverage (internal and external) data, insights and recommendations to continuously improve customer experience and drive channel performance
  • Work with the eCommerce Trading Teams in market to continuously improve the digital path to purchase and ensure a best-in-class digital consumer experience through optimized purchasing paths from call-to-actions to landing pages and leading test & learn activities
  • Work with the eCommerce Specialist to ensure the successful delivery of all product launches and digital campaigns across all markets

 

What will make you successful:

  • Degree qualified with at least 5 years experiences in eCommerce, eBusiness, digital marketing and or media.
  • Strong Web Analytics knowledge (Google Analytics certification a plus) as well as of A/B testing tools
  • Experience in building and managing eBusiness operations (organization, processes, guidelines) a strong plus.
  • Strong knowledge of an eCommerce and digital landscape within a complex ecosystem
  • Experience with any of the following technologies: Magento (required), Hybris, Shopify.
  • PMP /PIP certification, Agile, SCRUM or other project management certifications a plus
  • Relevant degree with strong project management skills in an international environment.
  • Knowledge and proven experience of eCommerce practices (DTC and e-Retailing), state-of-the Art User Experiences. Experience with Omni-Channel contexts (Point of sales, Tele sales, InStore, Mobile, App, Social)
